Clients using our services agree to provide accurate and complete information, cooperate with RKJ Media in a timely manner, and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to their business operations.

3. Payment:

Payment terms, including fees and billing cycles, will be detailed in the client’s service agreement. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property:

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by RKJ Media remain the property of RKJ Media or its licensors. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials during the term of their service agreement.

5. Confidentiality:

RKJ Media and clients agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the services confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

6. Termination:

RKJ Media or the client may terminate the service agreement with or without cause upon written notice. Termination terms will be outlined in the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability:

RKJ Media’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification:

Clients agree to indemnify and hold RKJ Media harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of our services.
